* Please purchase on the website and add to shopping cart.
* We will cut the order at 15:30 and confirm the order at 15:31 or later. The order can be processed and dispatched within another working day. * In the [Remark] message on the shopping cart page, select the day and time, and then check out.

Delivery Service:
Free delivery for purchases of "Product" over HK $ 500 or above; for purchases under HK $ 500, the shipping fee will be quoted as small box HKD 45 / medium box HKD 55.
Delivery Timeslot:
The following timeslots are for reference only, Exact delivery time is subject to the actual confition
• Timeslot A : 09:00-13:00
• Timeslot B : 13:00 – 17:00
• Timeslot C : 17:00 – 19:00
* Remarks: The delivery timeslots are not applicable on Sundays and Public holidays
Service area
Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, New Territories and some outlying islands area which includes, Tung Chung, Discovery Bay and Ma Wan:
• For certain areas, delivery services are limited and only available in Timeslot B, please refer to the attachment.
• Door-to-door Cold Chain Delivery is not applicable to warehouses and remote areas.
*Refrigerated delivery is not applicable for the self-pickup at SF stores/EF Locker.
Special arrangements:
The delivery service will be postponed when the gale signal is hoisted, the red or black rainstorm warning is in effect, or in weather conditions that we determine are not safe to carry.
