Description

This sour chili bean sauce developed by Kintaro lab is suitable for different types of noodle. The sour and chili flavor enhances food taste and makes food very appetizing.

The recipe of this bean sauce is based on the secret spicy sauce used in Kakurega Ramen Factory which has been in business for 9 years, and then re-developed to a new product by the research team of Kintaro Lab.

Needless to say, the taste of Himokawa Udon and this bean sauce matches very well. It also goes well with fried sauce noodle, stir-fried vegetables, hot pots etc.
