隱家拉麵工場於2022年宣布結束實體門店營運，目前專注於家麵產品的製作和銷售.

Brand Introduction

"Kakurega Ramen Factory" was founded in 2010 and is the first dipping noodle specialty shop in Hong Kong, founded by ramen expert Meter Chen.


From the beginning, the establishment has been dedicated to combining traditional ramen culture with innovative ideas to bring customers a unique and delicious dipping noodle experience.


Known for its rich pork bone broth without any additives, it also produces extremely fresh and flavorful noodles in-house with a limited daily production to ensure freshness for customers.


Despite being located in a relatively secluded area,

"Kakurega" ramen enthusiasts from around the world.


In 2022, "Kakurega"announced the closure of its physical store operations and now focuses solely on the
